I have been an Adobe Certified Training Provider and CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer since 2002. I am also an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in thirteen different applications.

CompTIA CTT+ Certified

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) is an international organization of hardware and software companies. Its responsibility is to set the standards for technical competency in various professional disciplines.

The Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification is CompTIA’s independent verification standard of an instructor’s professional qualifications. It validates the mastery of critical educational skills: preparation, presentation, communication, facilitation and evaluation. CTT+ is thus considered by many software companies as an equivalent of a teaching degree for delivering technical training.

Adobe Training Partner

I have been an Adobe Certified Training Provider since 2002, and have practised as an Adobe Certified Instructor since 2003. To date, I remain one of the few instructors in the programme to have ever achieved complete simultaneous certification to teach all of the company’s applications.

In the early 2000s, I collaborated with several Adobe Authorized Training Centres to deliver classroom-based courses. Today I work directly with customers as an independent Adobe Certified Instructor. This allows me to provide clients with customized training, consulting and support to better meet their specific needs.

Adobe Certified Master

Adobe Systems awards special designations to Certified Trainers who have demonstrated excellence in the company’s certification process. I was the first person to achieve complete certification from Adobe in March 2002, by passing all ten available proctored examinations within seven months.

I have also been recognized by Adobe as a Certified Design Master and a Certified Print Specialist. These awards signify a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s Creative Suite applications.

Adobe Certified Expert

The Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification is the company’s process of recognizing individuals with an in-depth knowledge of a specific piece of software. I remain one of the most diversely-certified people in the history of the ACE programme, with a total of thirteen unique certifications.

To achieve ACE status, one must pass a rigorous proctored examination covering all aspects of an application. One must also pass a recertification exam every time a new version of the software is released in order to retain ACE standing.
